No More Room
Dinosaurs
lived long ago
Ten huge dinosaurs (hold up 10 fingers)
Some
walked (stomp
feet) Sleeping on the cave
floor (pretend to sleep)
Some
swam (pretend to
swim) Woke up and started to
roar (stretch arms)
Some flew,
you know (flap arms)
“There’s no more room, there’s no more room
Some were
big (hold hand high)
there’s no more room on this floor!” (stomp feet)
Some were
small (hold hand low)
Well, they tossed and they turned
Some were
gigantic (stretch arms out wide) and
they pushed galore (pretend to push)
And VERY
tall! (stretch arms up high)
Till one poor dinosaur was pushed out the door!
-repeat with 9,8,7,…-
ZIG-ZAG
(last verse)
I’m a
Stegosaurus
dinosaur One
huge dinosaur (hold up 1 finger)
(stand with legs & arms apart)
Sleeping on the cave floor (pretend to sleep)
I eat so much
my tummy sags
Woke up and started to roar (stretch arms)
(hold tummy and bend over)
“I’m lonely, come back, it was better before”
My head
flip-flops
“It’s more fun, crowded together, on the floor!”
(bob head side to side)
And my tail
wig-wags
(swish
tail)
Ten Big Dinosaurs *sing to “10 Little
Indians”
And when I
walk I go zig-zag
1 big, 2 big, 3 big dinosaurs
(rock and step side to side)
4 big, 5 big, 6 big dinosaurs
Stegosaurus,
flip-flop, wig-wag, zig-zag 7
big, 8 big, 9 big dinosaurs
(bob head, swish tail, rock to sides)
10 big dinosaurs
Stegosaurus,
flip-flop, wig-wag, zig-zag
- sing back down from 10-
Stegosaurus,
flip-flop, wig-wag, zig-zag
Flip-flop,
wig-wag, zig-zag!
Baby
Dinosaur
Dinosaur Dinosaur
*
Sing to “I’m
Bringing Home a Baby Bumblebee”
Dinosaur, dinosaur turn around
I’m bringing home a
baby dinosaur
Dinosaur, dinosaur touch the ground
Won’t my mommy fall
right through the floor!
Dinosaur, dinosaur roar roar roar!
I’m bringing home a
baby dinosaur
Dinosaur, dinosaur shut the door
I hope he’ll be
mine forever more!
