Songs and rhymes to share:

Cookie Poem                                                              C is for Cookie
Here’s some cookies                                                     C is for cookie
just for you.                                                                  That’s good enough for me
Made with love                                                              C is for cookie

and some flour too.                                                       That’s good enough for me
I know it’s not much,                                                     C is for cookie

but it’s the thought that counts,                                      That’s good enough for me
Just so you know                                                           Oh cookie, cookie, cookie

that you’re loved, ounce for ounce.                                 Starts with C

Five Little Cookies (count on fingers)                           Making Cookies  (suit actions to words)

Five little cookies with frosting galore                              I am making cookie dough

Mother ate one and then there were four                        Round and round the beaters go

Four little cookies, two and two you see                          Add some flour from a cup

Father ate one, and then there were three                       Stir and stir the batter up

Three little cookies, but before I knew                            Roll them, cut them, nice and neat

Sister ate one, and then there were two                          Put them on a cookie sheet

Two little cookies yum yum yum                                     Bake them, count them, 1 2 3

Brother ate one, and that left one                                    Serve them to my friends for tea

One little cookie, here I come

I ate it…now there are none!
