Homebound Delivery

Can't pick up your items due to extended illness or handicap?

Our homebound librarian will bring your items to your door.

Simply call our homebound librarian to schedule a delivery.

Perry residents of any age who are unable to borrow items from the library, due to temporary or permanent personal impairments, are eligible to have library materials delivered directly.

• Books (large or standard print), recorded books on CD or cassette, magazines, Videos, DVDs, and current best sellers, and music CDs all may be requested.  

• Only "new" DVDs are not available for delivery.

• Deliveries and returns will be made on a regular basis.

• There is no charge for this service; all you need is a library card!!

• To start, just call the library at 440-259-3300, print out this form, mail it, or have someone bring it to the library, or email us at AskUs@perry.lib.oh.us.

• From the information you provide, a librarian will select materials that match your interests and bring them to your home.
