Family Story Time

This story program is for children of all ages (birth to age 5) and a caregiver with an emphasis on on stories and activities for toddlers. It enables families with more than one young child to attend storytime at the same time.

Each week we may have stories, songs, rhymes, puppetry, movement and imagination activities, book sharing time, and a marching rhythm band parade. This program emphasizes early literacy skills and is a great way to meet other families with young children.

Preschool Story Time

Children ages 3-5 attend this story program on their own. It includes stories, songs, rhymes, a craft, and a marching rhythm band parade each week. Children are introduced to new authors and illustrators and develops, literacy skills, listening, thinking, participation, and social skills.

Children must be able to sit quietly without disturbing others in the group and should be able to follow simple directions for the craft.
