Your sponsorship will ensure the continuation of these valuable library resources and services:

• Innovative literacy programs for children - Over 300 children programs and 25 teen programs per year. Encouraging children to learn to read from a very young age increases their success in school later on. 

• Over 7000 patrons attended library programs in 2009 - The library spent $3000 in 2009 on programming, an average cost of about $0.41 per person.

• Homebound delivery to seniors and patrons with disabilities

• Computer access for over 250 people per week - Computers provide valuable access for job searches and to databases like Chilton's for car repair, Ancestry.com for genealogy and Reference USA for business research.

• Circulation of over 315,000 materials per year - Books, movies, CDs, magazines, audio books on CD and MP3, playaways and new technology are all available at Perry Library.

The library is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your donation is tax deductible.
