Children ages 3-5 attend this story program on their own. It includes stories, songs, rhymes, a craft, and a marching rhythm band parade each week. Children must be able to sit quietly without disturbing others in the group and should be able to follow simple directions for the craft. Children are introduced to new authors and illustrators and develops, literacy skills, listening, thinking, participation, and social skills. |
