Perry Public Library is organized and governed as an association library. It is administered by a Board of Trustees, elected by members of the Association. The purpose of the Association is to maintain and conduct a public library for the benefits of residents of Lake County, Ohio.

Classroom Story Time: Schedule a day and time with our Outreach Librarian to host a story time in your classroom!
Teacher Recommended Reading: Give us a list of books or topics and we will put them aside for students to check out.
The Library is governed by the Perry Public Library Association. It is administered by the Board of Trustees, elected by members of the Association. The Trustees meet the second Thursday of the month.
Unlike most public libraries, where trustees are appointed by other officials, membership in the Association entitles members to elect Trustees who have the desire and ability to keep improving library service.
The Association meets annually on the 4th Tuesday in October to elect 3 Trustees to a 3 year term on the 9 member board.
