Meeting Rooms

You may submit a room reservation request below or by calling us at (440) 259-3300.

The Library offers three meeting rooms for use by the public. We have a small conference room that seats 24 people; a larger, general meeting room with a capacity for up to 40 people; and the Conner Room, which is a small study room for up to 8 people.

Meeting rooms are available during normal library operating days and hours. Meetings must end 15 minutes prior to the library’s closing time for the day.

Rooms may be reserved no more than 6 months in advance. Library programming will have first priority in determining room use. Hours of scheduling shall include the total time involved in the meeting (including setup and clean up) to the time the room is vacated.

Library staff are not required to set up rooms for outside groups; however, we try to accommodate room setup requests when possible. Rooms must be returned to their original state after the reservation.

Meeting room equipment available for use includes:

  • Smart TV
  • Chromebook or HP Laptop
  • Projector
  • Projection Screen
  • DVD Player, upon request

Groups and individuals using Library Meeting Rooms agree to our Meeting Rooms Policy and Guidelines. See full policy here.
