Perry Public Library welcomes donations, whether monetary or physical books, movies, and more.
For financial donations, please make checks payable to Perry Public Library. 3753 Main Street, Perry, Ohio 44081. You may specify how you would like your monetary gift to be used or allow us to designate its purpose within our General Fund.
Memorial Book Donations: If you would like to have a book dedicated in honor or memoriam of a loved one, please fill out the Memorial and Tribute Books Donation form that is available upon request at our Front Desk. Once completed, turn it in with a check made out to Perry Public Library.
